interVOLT SLD Series

interVOLT SLD Series lighting dimmers are a true multi-voltage (12 or 24 Volt DC ) solution for dimming filament lamps in boats, yachts, coaches, buses, caravans and any recreation vehicle. Filament lamps include standard incandescent, halogen and xenon (not HID).

The ability to dim or control the brightness of onboard lighting offers comfort and safety to both users and operators. The ability to be able to control lighting levels is not new, but when dealing with high power DC loads the requirement for an efficient design is paramount.

Efficiency is relative to heat and heat generated from control modules must be kept to a safe level. interVOLT's SLD dimmers are highly efficient due to their cutting edge design.

Generally interVOLT DC dimming modules can be used for:

• Comfort lighting including saloons, cabins, galleys, kitchens, bathrooms, deck areas, etc
• Safety lighting such as engine rooms, chart/map reading, helm navigation, bridge, deck operation, instrument and monitoring, etc
